Groundbreaking of the Central Square and Ho Chi Minh City Administrative Center Project in Thu Duc City
The Central Square and Ho Chi Minh City Administrative Center Project is located in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment of approximately VND 29,600 billion (around USD 1.2 billion).
The project is developed on a site of approximately 47 hectares, comprising a central public square, a high-rise administrative complex of around 30 floors, a 2,000-seat multi-purpose theater, and a central lake park of about 12 hectares.
The project was groundbroken on April 29, 2026, and is expected to be completed by 2028.
