Groundbreaking of Ben Nha Rong – Khanh Hoi Cultural Park Project in Ho Chi Minh City
The Ben Nha Rong – Khanh Hoi Cultural Park Project is located in the Nha Rong – Khanh Hoi Port area, Ho Chi Minh City, with Saigon Sun Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (a member of Sun Group) as the Developer, and a Phase 1 total investment of approximately VND 20,000 billion.
The project is developed on a site of approximately 147 hectares, comprising a cultural park and public riverside green space along the Saigon River. Phase 1 focuses on the development of the cultural park, designed with 9 thematic chapters depicting key milestones in the life of President Ho Chi Minh; Phase 2 will develop a riverside green park of approximately 138 hectares, aiming to comprehensively reshape the urban landscape of the area.
The project was groundbroken on April 29, 2026 (through the renovation and upgrading of the Ho Chi Minh Museum – Ho Chi Minh City branch), with the first phase expected to be completed by National Day (September 2, 2026).
