The Cau Doi Hotel, Office and Commercial Services Complex is located in Cau Doi area, Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi, with Co Loa Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company, a member of Thanh Cong Group (TC Group), as the Investor. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 3,000 billion (USD 120 million).
The project covers a construction area of nearly 10,000 m² and comprises two 25-storey towers, with a total gross floor area of approximately 80,000 m². Tower A is planned to accommodate a 5-star hotel operated by a premium international brand, while Tower B will integrate office space and high-end serviced apartments. The project is expected to provide nearly 800 hotel rooms and serviced apartments, along with approximately 5,000 m² of office space, complemented by conference, exhibition, commercial and wellness facilities.
The project officially broke ground on October 9, 2026, and is expected to commence operations between late Q4 2028 and early Q1 2029.
