The High-Rise Factory Cluster & Worker Housing – Expert Housing Project at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park is located in Tan Lan Commune, Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province, and is developed by IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company.
The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 49.5 hectares, featuring a high-rise factory cluster, technical infrastructure works (110kV transmission line and substation), and a worker housing – expert housing area, forming an integrated production – logistics – accommodation complex serving high-tech industries, electronics, garments, and advanced manufacturing.
Construction officially commenced on April 29, 2026, and the project is expected to be completed in 2028.
